As part of our commitment to continuously improve the level of service we provide, we would like to inform you about an upcoming network infrastructure maintenance.
We will upgrade the software image on the top of rack switches, on your public network, to the vendor's recommended release version.

The expected maintenance window will be 1h.
WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON YOUR SERVICE?
We will upgrade the public switch. The public connectivity for your services will be affected for a duration of 15 minutes each.
Please be assured that we will do our best to keep the downtime as minimal as possible. Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise.
